EL CENTRO, Calif., Oct. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Vero Fiber has begun construction of a brand-new fiber network in El Centro, offering fiber-to-the-home internet services to residents, businesses, and schools. The project will be built in set zones all over the city with roughly 300 homes in each area. The initial construction area surrounds neighborhoods near De Anza Magnet School, located between South Imperial Avenue and South La Brucherie Road, from Ross Avenue south to Ocotillo Drive. Future construction areas include neighborhoods by Sunflower Elementary School and El Centro Community Center.
