LOS ANGELES and JERSEY CITY, N.J., Oct. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Premiere Digital, a leading media services and technology solutions provider, and Amdocs (NASDAQ: DOX), a leading provider of software and services to communications companies, today announced that Premiere Digital has acquired Amdocs’ Vubiquity, a global technology-led solutions, media supply chain and content licensing provider for the media and entertainment industry.
The expertise and offerings of Premiere Digital and Vubiquity are both rooted in enterprise class technology-led solutions for Studios, Streamers, Digital Platforms and Broadcasters. This acquisition combines Premiere Digital’s expertise and scale in content mastering, digital distribution and AI-driven solutions, with Vubiquity’s leadership in media supply chain and content licensing, creating the leading global digital distribution provider to the media and entertainment industry.
