Eight integrated as-a-service offerings provide the mid-market with outcome-driven security and continuous risk reduction, with government-compliant versions available to support public sector and regulated customers

MCKINNEY, Texas, Oct. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Netrio, a global managed service provider (MSP) helping mid-market enterprises modernize and secure their IT environments, today announced a new cybersecurity portfolio that includes eight distinct as-a-service offerings spanning the full security lifecycle, from continuous monitoring and detection through compliance and advisory support. Built around measurable outcomes and at a cost structured for the mid-market, the integrated portfolio moves far beyond scan-and-report models to outcome-driven security, pairing human expertise with AI-powered context so experienced analysts and AI-driven insights work together to reduce false positives and turn incident alerts into actionable intelligence.

The new cybersecurity portfolio was designed to help mid-market organizations overcome a wide range of security challenges. Today, cybersecurity talent is scarce and expensive, security budgets compete directly with growth initiatives, and IT teams are stretched thin across operations, user support and security. In addition, fragmented tools create blind spots, and many organizations still have a reactive mindset, addressing risk only after an incident has already caused damage to their organization.

Netrio’s cybersecurity offerings are built to close these gaps with a turnkey approach that doesn’t require deep in-house security expertise, giving mid-market companies enterprise-level protection and outcomes measured by real security posture, without enterprise overhead or enterprise pricing.

Netrio’s Cybersecurity Portfolio
The eight as-a-service offerings, which are government compliant and available to mid-market, public sector and regulated customers, include:

  • Security Operations Center as a Service (SOCaaS) – 24/7 monitoring, alert triage and remediation support delivered by Netrio’s dedicated security operations team. The service combines AI-driven insights with experienced analysts who know each customer’s environment to cut through false positives and turn raw alerts into actionable intelligence. Rapid incident response follows proven playbooks using the customer’s tools, Netrio’s, or a combined model, with follow-the-sun coverage across the Americas, EMEA and APAC.
  • Threat & Vulnerability Management as a Service (TVMaaS) – Proactive and continuous identification, prioritization and remediation tracking of vulnerabilities across a customer’s environment using industry-leading scanning platforms. The service also includes executive reporting on risk posture and trend data, moving beyond a scan-and-report model to deliver prioritized remediation guidance and continuous risk reduction.
  • Endpoint Protection as a Service (EPaaS) – Fully managed and integrated endpoint protection, including deployment, tuning, alerting and response that combines EDR, email and web security under unified SOC oversight for immediate incident escalation.
  • Identity & Access Management as a Service (IDAMaaS) – Managed identity governance and access control to ensure the right access at the right time, with complete identity and access management from privileged access management (PAM), multi-factor authentication and cloud-based identity protection. The service also includes anomaly detection, zero-trust access policy design and enforcement, and compliance reporting.
  • Third-Party Risk Management as a Service (TPRMaaS) – Systematic assessment and ongoing monitoring of cybersecurity risk across vendors, partners and supply chain to identify third-party exposure before it becomes the customer’s liability. It also includes structured vendor risk assessments, risk scoring and tiering of third-party relationships, remediation tracking and vendor accountability reporting.
  • Penetration Testing as a Service (PTaaS) – On-demand and scheduled penetration testing delivered by Netrio’s pen-testing team uses a robust stack of forensic tools to proactively surface vulnerabilities. It also includes network, application, and cloud penetration testing, social-engineering and phishing simulation campaigns, a detailed findings report with prioritized remediation guidance, and more.
  • Compliance as a Service (CaaS) – End-to-end compliance program management and support for any NIST- or ISO-based frameworks, from gap assessment through audit-ready status. This service also includes vCISO and vBISO engagements as well as ongoing compliance monitoring and executive reporting.
  • Cybersecurity Consulting – Expert advisory services tailored to a customer’s specific engagement – from strategic security program development to policy design, risk assessments, incident readiness planning and tabletop exercises, and executive-level security guidance.

“Cybersecurity shouldn’t be a luxury available only to large enterprises with dedicated security teams and seven-figure IT budgets, and that’s why we built a new cybersecurity portfolio that provides enterprise-level security tailored to mid-market organizations’ unique needs,” said Kevin Charest, CISO and vice president of cyber governance services at Netrio. “What really differentiates the portfolio is the integration it provides. Because our cybersecurity and managed IT teams are integrated rather than separate vendors, we eliminate the handoffs that slow detection and resolution, so our response time is measurably faster than it would be for a customer stuck coordinating between two providers who don’t always share information quickly.”

“The mid-market has long been underserved by cybersecurity vendors, often left to deploy enterprise security tooling that organizations of this size struggle to fully realize value from,” said Andrew Braunberg, principal analyst, Omdia. “A shift is underway toward services measured by actual improvement in security posture. Portfolios that span monitoring through compliance under a single provider are well positioned as that expectation becomes more mainstream.”
