Check out some of the companies making the biggest moves premarket: Moderna — The vaccine maker rallied nearly 10%. The company smashed third-quarter earnings and estimates and raised its outlook for full-year sales growth. Moderna now expects 2026 revenue growth of 15% to 25%, up from previous guidance of no more than 10%. Lam Research — The semiconductor equipment maker surged nearly 11% after the board authorized a $25 billion stock buyback. Five9 — The cloud-based Contact Center as a Service provider fell more than 17% premarket. Five9 lowered full-year adjusted EPS guidance and announced a $325 million cash acquisition of Level AI. Affirm Holdings — The buy now pay later lender dropped 4%. Affirm posted quarterly results and released forward guidance above expectations and raised its full-year gross merchandise volume outlook, but credit concerns remained an overhang. Axon Enterprise — The Taser maker dropped nearly 9% after third-quarter EPS and revenue missed Wall Street estimates, fourth-quarter guidance was weak and it pledged an additional $1.2 billion investment in drone maker Skydio, raising its stake to about 37%. AI and semiconductor stocks — Micron Technology, Sandisk , Marvell Technology, Advanced Micro Devices Nebius and CoreWeave climbed pre-market trading Friday, recovering ground after Thursday’s sharp selloff amid concerns over potential constraints on AI data-center expansion. Cloudflare — Shares climbed 19% pre-market after guidance for the current quarter topped Street expectations. Cloudflare forecast adjusted earnings of 43 cents a share versus a FactSet consensus for 38 cents, on revenue of $845-$846 million, higher than analysts’ consensus of $796 million. Iren – The neocloud provider jumped nearly 19% after fiscal first-quarter revenue of $228 million grew from $137 million the prior quarter. More than $4 billion in annual recurring revenue projected to arrive in 2026 has been delayed until at least January 2027. Iren has been battered in the latest rout of AI-focused stocks, dropping 31% in the past week. Airbnb — The online lodging marketplace jumped 13% after third-quarter earnings of $3.16 per share topped analysts’ consensus estimate of $2.85. Revenue of $4.87 billion beat the Street’s $4.75 billion estimate, LSEG data showed. Atlassian — Shares dropped more than 18% after the supplier of team collaboration and productivity software showed year-over-year data center revenue growth expected to decline approximately 14% in the fiscal second quarter ending in December, and 16% in the fiscal year ending next June. JFrog — The software company soared 23% premarket after raising full-year guidance. JFrog sees adjusted earnings ranging from $1.14 to $1.16 per share on revenue of $680 million to $682 million. The outlook trounced FactSet consensus estimates of 98 cents a share and $651.9 million. DraftKings — The online sports betting platform tumbled more than 20% premarket. DraftKings posted a wider-than-expected third-quarter loss of 94 cents per share, worse than the 39 cent loss analysts polled by LSEG anticipated. Revenue of $1.33 billion fell short of the $1.40 billion estimate. Sportsbook revenue totaled $784 million, missing the $811.8 million StreetAccount consensus estimate. Lyft — The ridesharing company fell more than 5%. Third-quarter revenue of $1.82 billion trailed the FactSet consensus among analysts for $1.92 billion, while fourth-quarter guidance for bookings came in at $5.74 billion to $5.94 billion versus the FactSet consensus of $5.81 billion. — CNBC’s Darla Mercado and Scott Schnipper contributed reporting
