Casa del Fuego acquired 100% of DGS through a strategic stock transaction, making the AI-driven spectrum optimization company a wholly owned subsidiary. The move positions DGS to accelerate the deployment of its patented RF Awareness technologies across defense, commercial, and smart infrastructure sectors.
