“PerfectScale is modern, incredibly well-built, has amazing user experience and simplifies Kubernetes operations, optimizing cost while promoting more performant and resilient environments,” said DoiT CEO Vadim Solovey.

Cloud channel standout DoiT, a top Google Cloud and AWS national partner, has acquired Kubernetes platform company PerfectScale in a move to create next-level solutions around FinOps and containerized workloads that run on Kubernetes.

This marks the second acquisition for the Santa Clara, Calif.-based company in 2025 after DoiT purchased cloud visualization and software analysis startup LiveDiagrams just a few weeks ago.

The acquisition of PerfectScale will allow DoiT customers to better manage, secure and optimize containerized workloads that run on Kubernetes at scale.

“Kubernetes remains at the heart of infrastructure environments,” said DoiT CEO Vadim Solovey (pictured) in a statement.

Solovey said that after viewing the Kubernetes observability and automation platform landscape, DoiT believed PerfectScale had the best combination of capabilities, market timing and value. “PerfectScale is modern, incredibly well-built, has amazing user experience and simplifies Kubernetes operations, optimizing cost while promoting more performant and resilient environments,” he said.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

DoiT has more than 4,000 customers and is an award-winning partner of cloud giants AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure.

DoiT And PerfectScale Integration Plans

PerfectScale owns an automated Kubernetes optimization and governance platform that addresses the use case of autonomous and proactive resource optimization for Kubernetes workloads.

PerfectScale’s platform continuously and autonomously optimizes Kubernetes environments for peak performance and resilience while striving to keep costs as low as possible. The technology aims to make it easier for DevOps, platform engineering and IT professionals to improve the cost-effectiveness and stability of Kubernetes.

DoiT’s flagship Cloud Intelligence platform takes an integrated approach to cloud optimization that blends operational, workload and human intelligence with operations automation to deliver context-aware solutions to help clients optimize, scale and innovate across AWS, Google Cloud and Azure.

“By combining our two solutions, we’re addressing the critical intersection of Kubernetes optimization and FinOps—a challenge faced by almost every modern organization yet underserved by existing solutions,” said Amir Banet, CEO and co-founder of PerfectScale in a statement.

PerfectScale will continue to operate independently and is available as an add-on to DoiT Cloud Intelligence customers.

DoiT will gain new capabilities with deeper insight into cluster performance, identifying opportunities to tune those environments based on operational priorities, and automate tasks. PerfectScale also provides DoiT visibility in multi-cloud, AI-driven pattern analysis, and detailed reporting for ROI.

DoiT said PerfectScale is an important part of its roadmap that puts DoiT Cloud Intelligence at the cutting edge of the next-generation FinOps market.
