With construction expected to continue until 2026, Ezee Fiber is committed to ensuring that homes and businesses will have the foundational next-generation network in place as soon as practical.

Ezee Fiber has created an online resource (https://ezeefiber.com/fiber-construction/) for residents seeking information about the network construction in their neighborhood, including answers to frequently asked questions and product and services.

In addition, Ezee Fiber has additional methods to get in touch regarding construction activities: [email protected] or residents may call 253-260-3600.

Residents can expect to see construction in Dayton, Liberty, Brookshire and Kenefick in October. Ezee Fiber says its plan is to have crews working Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on main roads, and from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on residential streets.

Ezee Fiber says it will communicate extensively with area residents before construction begins.

Signs will be posted indicating work areas. Temporary road detours may be required, and parking may be restricted in construction zones. Access to properties will be maintained as much as possible during construction. Residents will be notified by Ezee Fiber’s construction contractors at least 10 days in advance of any temporary road restrictions.

“It’s been a pleasure working with the Ezee Fiber team, they’ve been responsive, down-to-earth, and committed to doing right by Kenefick,” says Rory Handley, Mayor of Kenefick, Texas. “We’re excited to see what this partnership makes possible for our residents seeking better, more reliable internet options to ensure they’re ready for tomorrow.”

These infrastructure construction projects are part of the effort to facilitate the expansion of broadband infrastructure. The high-speed internet expansion throughout the greater Houston region is being funded by Ezee Fiber.

“Homeowners and businesses today depend upon the internet to work, play, learn and shop. We are very excited about the future in the greater Houston region, and we are thrilled to continue ahead with our growth plan,” said Suzy Winger, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Texas Region, Ezee Fiber.

Residents and business owners can visit ezeefiber.com to learn more, check availability, and pre-register for service to be among the first to receive Ezee Fiber internet.
