Gradient MSP Launches MSP Studio+ To Automate Marketing For MSPs

‘If you’ve been talking about growth, but not doing anything about it, this is your chance to change that,’ says Gradient MSP CEO Colin Knox. ‘It’s marketing on autopilot, without the overhead.’

To help with marketing needs, Gradient MSP has launched MSP Studio+, a new automated platform to help MSPs market their businesses without hiring a full team.

The product builds on the momentum of MSP Studio, the free resource hub Gradient debuted in January 2025. With more than 1,600 members and about 5,000 toolkit downloads in under a year, the Calgary, Alberta-based vendor saw that MSPs wanted more help with their marketing efforts.

“MSP Studio+ is for the MSPs who are tired of saying, ‘We need to do more marketing’ but never having the time, tools or team to pull it off,” Gradient co-founder and CEO Colin Knox told CRN in an interview. “Now, in less than 12 seconds, you can grab a post, have it branded with your logo and company info and schedule it straight to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or X without touching a design app or calendar.”

MSP Studio+ streamlines the entire marketing workflow. It includes a growing library of content, such as graphics, social posts, blog articles and emails, which are automatically rebranded with the MSP’s logo and company info. There is even a Prestige Plan which offers a fully managed, white-glove service.

“This tool is built for people who don’t want to spend nights editing Canva files or Googling ‘What to post?’” Knox said. “It’s fast, polished and finally accessible, even for small MSPs. This is a structured, fully managed service that’s designed by people who understand MSPs. You don’t need to think about it, we do it all.”

For MSP Studio+ user Blake Britton, his goal was to reach a larger audience through social media.

“The challenge many of us face is the expense and resources to develop marketing content, post on social media and keep track of performance,” Britton, VP of Plano, TX-based, Axxys Technologies, said in a statement. “MSP Studio+ provides a much simpler and automated process to do it all.

Gradient is already planning to expand the platform into a full-fledged marketing automation suite tailored to MSPs, Knox said, with future capabilities expected in email campaigns, AI personalization and content generation powered by agentic AI.

“By the end of next year, don’t be surprised if you see AI agents actively managing campaigns inside Studio+,” Knox said. “We’ve already been building and testing them internally to personalize lead outreach, score opportunities and even write messaging. It’s coming, and fast.”

He added that there’s always a reason not to market, but Gradient built something that eliminates those excuses.

“If you’ve been talking about growth, but not doing anything about it, this is your chance to change that,” he said. “It’s marketing on autopilot, without the overhead.”
