The credit facility will fund development and construction of:
- Houston Hyperscale Campus: 500MW+ development potential across 250 acres in Houston’s energy corridor with dual on-site substations
- Atlanta Expansion: 498,960 sq ft facility in Covington, Georgia, offering 60MW of critical IT capacity for a single hyperscale tenant
- Toronto Expansion: 4MW expansion capacity at its existing Toronto location, supporting Canadian market growth for a hyperscale customer
