With more than 20 years of experience in aerospace and defense, industrial manufacturing and engineering services industries, Mr. Lassiter brings strategic financial leadership and a deep understanding of advanced communications systems engineering to Silvus.

In his new role at Silvus, Mr. Lassiter will drive the company’s overall financial strategy, leading its budgeting and planning, accounting, cash flow, strategic M&A activity, and capital management operations. His combined technical and financial expertise strengthens the Silvus executive management team and reinforces the company’s commitment to accelerating global growth and delivering sustainable financial performance across its diverse product and technology portfolio.

Mr. Lassiter joins Silvus from 4Wall Entertainment, where he served as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing cash flow forecasting, annual budgeting, and financial policies. Prior to 4Wall, he served as both Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at SolAero Technologies, leading the company through complex financial strategies and operations, culminating in its successful acquisition by Rocket Lab. His financial leadership experience also includes CFO roles at Alliance Spacesystems and Integral Aerospace.
Mr. Lassiter holds a BSEE from the UCLA Samueli School of Engineering, and an MSEE from the USC Viterbi School of Engineering. He spent the first decade of his career as a satellite systems engineer focused on communications and sensor system payloads, supporting critical programs such as Advanced EHF, MUOS, TSAT, and various classified programs. This hands-on engineering background provides him with a unique understanding of the technologies that are helping to shape Silvus’ innovation.
After obtaining his MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, Mr. Lassiter transitioned to finance and investment banking at Deutsche Bank in Silicon Valley, where he advised semiconductor, electronics, and communications equipment companies, as well as Houlihan Lokey, specializing in mergers and acquisitions within the aerospace & defense sector.
