With over 12 years of experience in the messaging industry, she has established herself as a data-driven and empathic technology executive, operationalizing best practices into intuitive product offerings and advancing best-in-class user experiences through scalable automation and sustainable business models. Prior to her role at Telesign, Ms. Donohue served as Vice President of Messaging Operations & Consumer Trust at EZ Texting.
