The newly proposed Cellphone Jamming Reform Act of 2025—introduced by Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) and Congressman David Kustoff (R-TN)—seeks to obtain authority for jamming. It will continue to advance and the fact that you can protect the innocent people, those who should be able to lawfully use cell phones and not harm them – to me makes this issue a no brainer.”
