Fermi America plans to build four nuclear reactors along the plains outside of Amarillo, Texas, home to the largest natural gas fields in America and next door to where the U.S. builds nuclear weapons, though it acknowledges that its management team has “limited experience” in the nuclear sector, and the CEO is currently fighting accusations of fraud.
