A Proven Partnership for a Brighter Future
Zventus has a long-standing commitment to nurturing the next generation of professionals, having welcomed over seven generations of interns from universities in the United States, Mexico, and Honduras since 2016. The partnership with ITE, a key part of Mexico’s largest higher education system, builds on this foundation.
The Zventus CoE at ITE will serve as a dynamic hub for technology and business innovation. The collaboration is centered on the proven Programa DUAL work-study model, officially known as the Mexican Model of Dual Training (MMDT). This program prepares students for careers in technology by combining theoretical classroom learning with extensive practical training at a company.
Students in the program spend approximately 20% of their time on theoretical learning at ITE and 80% on practical, hands-on training at the Zventus CoE. This structure provides direct industry experience, training in high-demand fields, and improved job prospects that will advance innovation and drive desired outcomes.
