Netskope Doubles Down On MSPs With Launch Of Partner Orchestrator, Revamped Program

The cybersecurity vendor is aiming to make it easier for MSPs to deploy and manage Netskope SASE services for customers amid massive demand for AI-powered security, executives tell CRN exclusively.

Netskope unveiled an overhauled MSP program Wednesday along with a new orchestration tool for providers of managed services, aimed at making it faster and easier to deploy SASE (secure access service edge) for customers, executives told CRN exclusively.

With the new tool, Netskope Partner Orchestrator, MSPs will be able to “almost immediately” provision tenants, apply entitlements and get customers running, according to Kristin Carnes, vice president for global channel programs and strategy at Netskope.

“The goal is to make their lives as easy as possible—and for them to be able to act as independently as possible,” Carnes said.

Meanwhile, the vendor also announced its new Netskope Catalyst MSP/SP Program, which is designed to accelerate growth with MSPs for the vendor’s AI-powered SASE platform, executives said.

The refreshed program introduces simplified pricing and enhanced training—as well as self-service provisioning via the Partner Orchestrator, according to the company.

The three-tier program also adds increased benefits and incentives for MSP partners including improved discounts, 24/7 support and sales and marketing assistance, Netskope executives said.

Overall at Netskope, “we’re really focused in right now on the MSPs, because that’s where I think we have the biggest opportunity,” Carnes said.

With its new Partner Orchestrator, Netskope is looking to enable MSPs to self-provision customer environments in as little as 15 minutes, according to executives.

Previously, MSP partners often encountered a delay of a day or more in being able to spin up tenants after a purchase, Carnes said.

Now, for MSPs using the Netskope Partner Orchestrator, “as soon as they purchase, they’ll be able to go into the orchestrator and get it themselves. They won’t be waiting on us,” she said.

The SASE orchestration tool also provides MSPs with license portability between customers, as needs shift over time, according to Carnes.

In particular, “that portability piece gives the partners a lot of flexibility,” she said.

Partner Perspective

For Configure, an MSSP with main locations in Dallas and Chicago, the new Netskope Partner Orchestrator is expected to dramatically reduce the time needed to get customers up and running, according to Bryan Hodges, vice president of operations at Configure.

In recent years, Configure has deployed Netskope across a range of customer sizes, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, Hodges noted.

Under the prior model, provisioning a new customer was indeed a lengthier process than was ideal, but Netskope has integrated partner feedback in developing the new Partner Orchestrator, he said.

As a result, “we’re now able to do [the provisioning] in less than 15 minutes and have that ready to go,” Hodges said. “It’s going to help us a lot.”

The Partner Orchestrator will also enable Configure to manage customer licensing more directly, which will allow the service provider to expedite deployments and improve visibility around management of renewals, he said.

Ultimately, with the launch of the new Partner Orchestrator and refreshed MSP program, it’s clear that Netskope is making a serious commitment to the needs of MSPs, according to Hodges.

“Working with Netskope, from the very beginning, they’ve had a strong focus on MSP needs and have listened to us in our feedback,” he said.

MSP Growth

Netskope currently has about 120 partners in its MSP program, across an array of sizes, executives said. With the new program and Partner Orchestrator, the company expects that it will be able to work with a broader set of MSPs, according to Christina Pulley, vice president for North America channel sales at Netskope.

Already, Netskope has been seeing a significant volume of new MSPs and other partners looking to engage with the company following its higher profile gained through its initial public offering in September 2025, Pulley said.

Going forward, “I think we’ll see more partners come into the MSP program—but I also think we’ll see a larger volume of customers [served through] the existing partner set,” she said.

At the same time, massive growth opportunities around AI are fueling greater interest and engagement with partners, executives said.

While most customers start out initially with implementing Netskope’s next-gen secure web gateway (SWG) offering, “it’s a natural transition to AI security,” Pulley said. “It’s a bit of an easy button—they don’t have to go look for another solution [because] we can easily turn it on.”

Another differentiator is that Netskope plans to provide MSPs with the ability to manage the software tied to its SD-WAN hardware through the orchestrator tool, Carnes said.

Ultimately, Netskope’s approach should provide MSPs with a huge advantage when it comes to delivering managed SASE services, she said.

“A lot of companies that claim to have a full SASE [but] that SD-WAN piece is managed very independently of a lot of the other software,” Carnes said. “In the orchestrator, it’s just all there. So that’s an advantage for us—but also really ease of doing business for [MSPs].”
