IT solution provider ePlus Monday unveiled the acquisition of fellow solution provider Daymark Solutions as a way to expand its Microsoft cloud capabilities and its customer presence in the Northeast.
With Daymark comes expertise in data center infrastructure, cloud, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot and cybersecurity serving customers in energy, utilities, health care, life sciences, defense and financial services.
The acquisition of Burlington, Mass.-based Daymark complements many of its existing capabilities while bringing some advanced capabilities it can take to its current customers, said Kley Parkhurst, senior vice president of Herndon, Va.-based ePlus, a publicly listed company ranked No. 41 on CRN’s 2026 Solution Provider 500 with annual revenue of over $2.4 billion.

“Daymark has some credentials in Microsoft’s CSP [cloud service provider] program that are actually higher than ours, so it should help accelerate that as we scale that across our own enterprise,” Parkhurst told CRN. “They certainly augment a lot of our Microsoft skills, and they were a little storage-focused, so they have some storage skills.”
The other big push behind the acquisition is Daymark’s customer base, Parkhurst said. ePlus did not have a big presence in the Massachusetts area, he said.
Parkhurst declined to discuss financial details of the acquisition, which closed Friday, or the number of employees it has. However, he said the company was a profitable one, and that all of its employees would be joining ePlus.
That includes the two co-owners of Daymark, President and CEO Timothy Donovan and COO and General Manager Brian Casey, Parkhurst said.
“They’re staying with us and very excited about it,” he said. “They view it as an opportunity to really bring to their customers all the ePlus portfolio and be unconstrained from a capital perspective because they were a small privately held company.”
The acquisition of Daymark marks the latest in a string of about 30 acquisitions ePlus has made over the years, Parkhurst said. Prior to Daymark, its last acquisition, that of Realwave, was in September 2025.
Parkhurst said ePlus has a lot of experience with acquisitions, and that the integration process will be quick.
“We have a pretty good system for doing that,” he said. “They basically are integrated as of today. We really don’t take any integration risks. We have access to all of their data on a confidential basis. Over the weekend, we put it into our systems, and we’re ready to rock and roll. We have multiple people on site doing on-the-job training. We really have integration down to a science.”
ePlus will continue to keep the Daymark brand for that organization’s existing customer base for now, Parkhurst said.
“It’ll become ePlus over time,” he said. “We’re sensitive to the goodwill they built up in the market. We’ll use their name and then transition customers to ePlus.”
