Available in 55 inches, D7X AI Board is now Certified for Microsoft Teams and uses on-device, room-aware AI to help every person be seen clearly and heard precisely in hybrid meetings.

SAN JOSE, Calif., Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — DTEN, a leading provider of intuitive collaboration solutions, today announced that the 55-inch DTEN D7X AI Board is Certified for Microsoft Teams and available worldwide. The all-in-one collaboration board brings room-aware AI into hybrid meeting spaces, using on-device intelligence to recognize participants, frame people individually, adjust for room conditions, and capture voices clearly so people in the room and remote participants can engage more naturally.

D7X AI Board

D7X AI Board

In many hybrid meeting rooms, a single wide camera view flattens everyone into one distant tile, while blended room audio makes it harder to tell who is speaking. People at the far end of the table lose presence, and quieter voices can be harder to hear. D7X AI Board is designed to close that distance by representing each person more clearly to everyone else in the meeting.

Clearer room input also matters as organizations adopt Microsoft meeting AI experiences. When participants are captured more clearly, tools such as Facilitator agent in Teams and Copilot have better meeting signals to support notes, follow-ups, speaker attribution, summaries, and transcription.

“The D7X AI Board improves Microsoft Teams performance by putting on-device AI in the room, so every person is seen individually, every voice is captured in the clear, and Copilot and Facilitator have what they need to do their best work. Enterprises can deploy with confidence now that the D7X AI Board is Certified for Microsoft Teams,” said Wei Liu, CEO of DTEN.

That approach reflects DTEN’s Thoughtful Design: solve complexity inside the product so the meeting feels simple, natural, and intuitive for the people using it.

“As AI transforms how people collaborate, intelligent meeting spaces are becoming essential to creating more natural and inclusive experiences for everyone. We’re excited to see DTEN bring the D7X AI Board to market as a device Certified for Microsoft Teams. This new level of in-room intelligence helps deliver an optimized Microsoft Teams Rooms experience while empowering meeting moderators to lead more engaging, inclusive, and productive meetings, in an easy-to-deploy All-in-One,” said Albert Kooiman, General Manager, Teams Calling, Meetings, and Devices at Microsoft.

What D7X AI Board delivers

Certified for Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows

As a Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows device, D7X AI Board fits into familiar Microsoft endpoint management environments. IT teams can manage deployments using tools such as Microsoft Pro Portal for Rooms, Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, while DTEN Orbit Service supports remote device health monitoring and management.

Room-aware AI that adapts to the meeting

D7X AI Board uses on-device intelligence to understand the meeting space in real time. It maps the room in 3D, recognizes real participants, and helps keep the meeting focused on the people who belong in it, not photos, reflections, or people passing nearby. The room adapts without users drawing boundaries, configuring zones, or learning setup steps.

Every voice and every face represented clearly

Instead of showing one wide room shot, D7X AI Board frames participants individually and adjusts exposure so people are easier to see in challenging room lighting. Voice capture and processing help separate speakers in real time and carry voices clearly across the room, so remote participants get a more natural view and sound of the people they are meeting with.

Product highlights

  • 48MP center camera with individual participant framing
  • Dual AI depth sensors for 3D room understanding
  • 15-element beamforming microphone array for clear room audio
  • Front-facing stereo speakers designed to project sound toward people in the room
  • Responsive 4K touch display for whiteboarding and collaboration
  • Dedicated AI processing so room understanding runs in parallel with the meeting experience
  • Single-cable USB-C BYOD for content sharing, room audio/video access, touchback, and laptop charging
