Strategic Finance and Technology Executive Joins MobileX to Support Next Phase of Growth

IRVINE, Calif., Oct. 2, 2026/PRNewswire/ — MobileX, the most customizable wireless service designed to save consumers money, today announced the appointment of Raju Datla as Chief Financial Officer. Datla joins MobileX as the company continues to scale its business, expand distribution, and invest in the technology platform that powers its vision for a more intelligent, flexible approach to connectivity.

Datla brings more than 25 years of experience at the intersection of technology, finance, and business strategy. Most recently, he served as CFO of RedCloud Holdings (NASDAQ: RCT), where he led finance, capital markets, and the financial execution of the company’s global expansion. His broader experience includes senior finance and strategy roles across telecom, digital infrastructure, and data centers, including serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Tillman Fiber and as CFO and co-founder of NxtGen Datacenter & Cloud Technologies. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment banking at Deutsche Bank, advising technology, media, and telecommunications companies on more than $12 billion in M&A, debt, and equity transactions.

At MobileX, Datla will work closely with Founder and CEO Peter Adderton and the leadership team to drive the company’s business plan, lead funding and strategic partnerships, and align financial strategy with the company’s long-term growth plans.

“MobileX is at a point where we’re not just scaling what we’ve built; we’re expanding what the platform can become,” said Adderton. “Raju understands both the technology and the financial strategy needed to support that ambition. His experience across telecom and infrastructure, combined with his builder’s mindset, makes him a strong addition to our leadership team as we execute on the opportunity ahead.”

“I’m excited to join MobileX as CFO at an important stage in the company’s growth,” said Datla. “MobileX has a differentiated platform and a clear vision for where connectivity is headed. I look forward to working with Peter and the team to help execute and scale that vision across financial strategy, business operations, and strategic partnerships as we build the next phase of MobileX.”

Throughout his career, Datla has worked with CEOs and boards on growth strategy, capital planning, and transformational transactions. He holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School, a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from St. Mary’s University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Bangalore University.
