Fourth and Fifth New Texas Wins Since State Entry in December 2025; More Than 50 New U.S. Contracts Secured Since Mid-2024
County’s Adult and Juvenile Probation Agencies Select SuperCom’s PureOne GPS Technology Following Multi-Week Live-Unit Evaluation
NEW YORK, Oct. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — SuperCom (NASDAQ: SPCB), a global provider of secure solutions for the e-Government, IoT, and Cybersecurity sectors, today announced that it has won two new county-level electronic monitoring contracts with adult and juvenile probation agencies in the state of Texas. The awards represent SuperCom’s fourth and fifth contracts since its recent expansion in the state in December 2025 and fully displace the county’s incumbent electronic monitoring providers.
Under the contracts, SuperCom will deploy its proprietary PureOne GPS solution to support county’s juvenile and adult supervision programs. The contracts follow a recurring revenue model based on daily active units, further expanding SuperCom’s recurring revenue customer base. SuperCom was selected following a multi-week live-unit evaluation in which its PureOne technology was tested against competing solutions.
“Two agencies with different populations and needs, each weighing a change from its existing provider, arrived at the same decision,” commented Ordan Trabelsi, President and CEO of SuperCom. “Replacing an incumbent is a considered step for any agency, because it requires confidence in the equipment, the support behind it and the transition itself. Being selected for both the adult and juvenile programs in the same county tells us those factors are being judged on their merits. Our focus now is on delivering a seamless changeover for both programs.”
“Texas illustrates how our U.S. business is being built,” Trabelsi added. “We entered the state in December 2025 with a single juvenile probation agency, and every one of our five Texas contracts to date has involved replacing an incumbent provider. Nationally, with these new wins we have secured more than 50 new electronic monitoring contracts since mid-2024, and in Europe we have accumulated more than 20 national project wins, frequently against long-tenured incumbents. That record is built customer by customer, and it is the clearest case we can make to each new agency we meet.”
SuperCom’s PureOne is an all-in-one GPS tracking bracelet designed for continuous indoor and outdoor location monitoring. The solution combines high-precision GPS, cell-tower and Wi-Fi positioning with secure LTE communications, configurable zones and schedules, multiple tamper-detection mechanisms and extended battery performance. Its lightweight, ergonomic design and integrated monitoring capabilities provide correctional and public safety agencies with a reliable and efficient platform for managing community-supervision programs.
