Niko commented, “I am pleased to join the Board of Directors of Aurora Towers and to contribute my legal and governance perspective as the company continues to expand its role as one of Canada’s leading independent owner, operator, and developer of wireless telecommunications infrastructure.  As our economy becomes ever more dependent on digital connectivity, I’m excited to help the Aurora team navigate an evolving telecommunications landscape while advancing its mission to deliver resilient and secure infrastructure for communities across the country.”

Martin Pinnes, Chief Executive Officer of Aurora Towers, commented, “On behalf of the Board and the Company, we are very pleased to welcome Niko as our newest director.  He brings a deep understanding of corporate governance, complex transactions, and the evolving regulatory environment that shapes Canada’s wireless infrastructure landscape.  As we continue to invest in and expand our portfolio, Niko’s strategic insight will be invaluable in supporting disciplined growth, strengthening our partnerships with the wireless carriers and communities, and advancing our commitment to long-term value for all shareholders.”
