This new capability builds upon the recent collaboration previously announced between the two companies, and enables FWA operators to observe, diagnose, and fix their subscribers’ home connectivity issues automatically, or through actionable recommendations, across local (LAN) and wide-area wireless networks (WAN).

Broadband service providers rely upon Airties’ software for the ongoing optimization of their customers’ broadband experience to help reduce churn, attract new customers, lower operating costs, and innovate in new ways. This new capability will be commercially available in Q2 2025, as part of an ongoing collaboration between Airties and Qualcomm Technologies, Inc.
