Microsoft customers worldwide can now discover and deploy the Concurrence Health World Model and AI agents through Microsoft Marketplace, accessing trusted solutions that accelerate innovation and business transformation with unified integration across Microsoft products

NEW YORK, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Concurrence, the healthcare data and AI company, today announced the availability of the Concurrence Health World Model and AI agents in the Microsoft Marketplace, the unified online destination for customers to buy trusted cloud solutions, AI apps, and agents to meet their business needs. Concurrence customers can now discover and deploy trusted solutions through Microsoft Marketplace, with smooth integration and streamlined management across Microsoft Azure and other Microsoft products.

As a Microsoft partner, Concurrence deploys directly into a healthcare organization’s existing Microsoft Azure environment, with no data migration required. Health systems, biopharma companies, and public health organizations running on Azure can construct longitudinal patient records, deploy AI agents across the care journey, and capture agent traces to learn from every act of care, all within their existing Microsoft environment and governance controls.

Concurrence builds a unified data foundation for each organization, the Health World Model, that supplies 360-degree patient context across EHR records, claims, labs, device data, prior conversations, care plans, and more. On top of this foundation, AI agents scale the judgment of expert clinicians across use cases such as patient intake, medication management, and clinical decision support. The agent traces generated from these live care interactions build a proprietary dataset each organization can use to optimize its clinical and operational investments.

The platform is interoperable with Epic on Azure. For organizations using Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft’s unified data and analytics platform, Concurrence extends their existing data foundation to power AI across clinical and operational workflows. The platform can run inside either the customer’s own Azure subscription or a dedicated Concurrence-managed Azure subscription in the customer’s region. Organizations can purchase Concurrence through Microsoft Marketplace, with eligible spend applied toward their Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC). Healthcare institutions can engage Concurrence through their Microsoft account team, on Microsoft Marketplace, or on the Concurrence website.

“AI adoption in enterprise healthcare is rarely hampered by a lack of good use cases,” said John Xing, Cofounder and CTO at Concurrence. “The hard part is deployment. Most mature organizations have already made key platform decisions, and the only way to avoid extreme implementation friction and tech debt accumulation is to build on top of their existing technology ecosystem. For many, that ecosystem runs on Microsoft Azure.”

“Microsoft Marketplace lets customers worldwide discover, try, and deploy software solutions that are certified and optimized to run on Azure,” said Cyril Belikoff, vice president, Microsoft Azure Product Marketing. “Microsoft Marketplace helps solutions like Concurrence reach more customers and markets.”

Microsoft Marketplace is a single destination to find, try, and buy trusted cloud solutions, AI apps, and agents to meet your business objectives. Choose from a growing collection of solutions tailored to your unique needs, available both in Marketplace and directly within Microsoft products.
