Coretek Acquires Total Solutions, Expanding Capabilities in AI, Data, and Microsoft Cloud Services

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., July 7, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Coretek, a leader in artificial intelligence, cloud, and security services, today announced the acquisition of Total Solutions, Inc, a Detroit, Michigan-based company known for its expertise in AI, data, and power platform solutions. This strategic acquisition strengthens Coretek’s national presence and accelerates its vision to deliver end-to-end innovation across Microsoft Cloud and digital AI transformation.

Total Solutions brings a high-performing team and a strong reputation for AI, Data and Power Platform implementations, which complement Coretek’s deep expertise in AI enablement, enterprise security, and cloud managed services. Together, the two companies will provide clients with an even broader portfolio of Microsoft-centric solutions and services.
