By adopting MCP, Fullcast ensures that its AI-driven sales performance management platform can securely access Territory and Quota Management (TQM), Incentive and Commissions Management (ICM) and business analytics, all through standardized, bidirectional MCP interfaces.

SALT LAKE CITY, Aug. 26, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Fullcast today officially announces the release of its Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server. Fullcast is the first MCP-enabled Revenue Operations Platform in the market. As organizations increasingly rely on AI-powered agents to perform tasks spanning beyond text generation — such as querying databases, operating tools, and invoking services — the need for a common integration framework has become critical. MCP fills this gap by providing a universal “USB‑C port” for AI systems, enabling seamless, protocol-driven access to enterprise capabilities, external knowledge and tools.

Fullcast’s MCP builds upon this open standard and delivers a tailored implementation optimized for revenue operations workflows. By adopting MCP, Fullcast ensures that its AI-driven sales performance management platform can securely access Territory and Quota Management (TQM), Incentive and Commissions Management (ICM) and business analytics, all through standardized, bidirectional MCP interfaces.

“With Fullcast’s MCP Server, we unlock a new level of AI enablement for RevOps teams,” said Bala Balabaskaran, CTO of Fullcast. “Our new MCP Server allows AI platforms such as Claude, OpenAI and Gemini to  securely connect your enterprise AI infrastructure to now access the data and capabilities in the Fullcast platform — accelerating automation and precision across the go-to-market stack.”

“Fullcast’s MCP isn’t just a feature — it’s a strategic leap,” stated Ryan Westwood, CEO of Fullcast. “Leveraging MCP, we’re enabling AI to drive end-to-end revenue operations workflows — from plan to pay — bridging the last mile between planning and execution using AI.”

Tyler Simons, Director of Product at Fullcast, added: “We designed our MCP integration with usability and security in mind. Underneath, we leverage MCP’s interoperable and open-standard and server architecture to ensure our platform can grow flexibly with evolving tool ecosystems, while giving admins governance and traceability.”

Fullcast’s MCP-enabled platform is now available for enterprise clients looking to harness agent-driven automation across quota planning, commissions, routing, and territory optimization. A short video showcasing the capability is available here.
