PITTSBURGH, Nov. 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — “I wanted to create a more secure way to attach and use a cell phone accessory that would allow for a variety of functions such as a grip, a kickstand, a hook, and a card holder,” said an inventor, from Cleveland, Ga., “so I invented the ONIX MAX ONIX EDGE. My design connects function with fashion.”

The invention provides an improved means of attaching aluminum/steel accessories to smartphones. In doing so, it offers a safe and secure grip for easy texting. Additional features include a vertical and horizontal kickstand, a magnetic ring that can be easily secured to a variety of metal surfaces, a unique hook that allows for more hanging options, and storage for up to 6 cards. The invention also fits comfortably within a pocket, and it is easy to swap with other accessories. A prototype is available.

The original design was submitted to the National sales office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers. For more information, write Dept. 24-PPB-1000, InventHelp, 100 Beecham Drive, Suite 110, Pittsburgh, PA 15205-9801, or call (412) 288-1300 ext. 1368.
