JumpCloud Brings Top MSP Partner MacSolution In-House To Accelerate Secure IT Migrations

‘We’re deeply committed to our partner base, in fact, we’re doubling down. This acquisition is a way for us to give back to the partner community in a more intelligent and efficient way, while helping customers succeed at a global scale,’ says Antoine Jebara, co-founder and general manager of MSP business at JumpCloud.

JumpCloud has acquired Brazil-based MacSolution, its largest MSP partner in the Americas, to strengthen its global go-to-market strategy and accelerate enterprise IT modernization, particularly across Latin America.

The deal positions São Paulo as a new strategic hub for JumpCloud following its earlier acquisition of identity security firm VaultOne. Financial terms, and the number of employees coming over in the deal, were not disclosed.

MacSolution specializes in managing user identities, access and devices for organizations transitioning to modern, cloud-native IT environments. By bringing the team in-house, JumpCloud gains operational and technical expertise that has been developed through years of hands-on customer and partner work.

“MacSolution has become over the years one of our best and most successful managed services partners in the Americas,” Antoine Jebara, co-founder and general manager of MSP business at Louisville, Colo.-based software company JumpCloud, told CRN in an interview. “They’ve shown over and over their ability to help customers modernize IT in an effective and efficient way.”

Jebara said the acquisition comes at a pivotal stage of JumpCloud’s growth, as enterprises increasingly prioritize secure, intelligent IT systems to support modern work. Brazil, in particular, has emerged as one of the company’s fastest-growing regions.

“São Paulo and Brazil in general are very interesting to us,” he said. “There’s amazing potential still out there for enterprise IT modernization, and everything came together at the right time.”

And the integration will immediately expand its global capacity to deliver expert services, enable faster and more secure migrations from legacy systems, and help meet the complex security and deployment needs of large, multinational organizations, he said.

“Joining forces with JumpCloud is the ultimate validation of the knowledge and specialized service our team has built over the years,” Bruno Rotiroti, CEO of MacSolution, said in a statement. “We are thrilled to officially transition from being a strategic JumpCloud partner to becoming an integral part of the team. This move allows us to bring our technical expertise and Brazilian market knowledge in-house.”

MacSolution is known for its work on large-scale, complex migrations involving legacy hardware, software and identity environments. Jebara said the team has developed a repeatable playbook that has been tested across numerous enterprise deployments.

“They became experts at migrating large, multinational enterprise customers with a lot of legacy technology and a lot of change involved,” he said. “That expertise, from high-level design down to very detailed configurations, is now available directly to our customers and partners.”

The company currently works with partners in more than 170 countries and says a significant portion of its growth has come through that channel. This acquisition only strengthens that, the co-founder said.

“The goal is not to start running managed services in-house,” he said. “The goal is to deepen our expertise with one of our leading MSPs that truly understands the local market, and to use that knowledge to better support our partners and customers.”

The impact, he added, is already being felt across the platform, from identity and access management to professional services and partner engagements.

“It’s broad, and it’s fast,” he said. “This isn’t something that will take years. The team is on hand, and we’ve been working together for a long time. It’s just smoother now.”

Looking ahead, partners can expect increased investment and support throughout 2026, including new initiatives to be unveiled at its upcoming JumpCloudLand virtual conference in February, according to Jebara.

“We’re deeply committed to our partner base, in fact, we’re doubling down,” he said. “This acquisition is a way for us to give back to the partner community in a more intelligent and efficient way, while helping customers succeed at a global scale.”
