Successful large-scale deployment of high-bandwidth, energy efficient AI Datacenters will require a move from copper to optical I/O interconnects, a necessity now widely acknowledged by many in the industry including ecosystem pioneers such as Nvidia, AMD, Intel, and several hyperscalers.
