Check out some of the companies making the biggest moves midday: Oracle — The database software giant’s stock slumped another 6% after the company filed plans Monday to issue new stock and more debt to finance its artificial intelligence buildout. Oracle will sell $10 billion in common stock and $10 billion in senior notes, according to filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. IDEXX Laboratories — Shares climbed 20% after the veterinary diagnostics company topped third-quarter earnings and revenue estimates, driven by growth in its Companion Animal Group. IDEXX posted third-quarter revenue of $1.21 billion, 10% above the year-earlier period. IDEXX also raised its 2026 revenue and earnings forecasts while lowering its operating-margin outlook. Tempus AI — The precision-medicine company’s stock rose nearly 12% after third-quarter earnings, revenue and adjusted EBITDA beat Wall Street estimates. Revenue climbed 23% to $411.5 million, with data and applications growing 33% and oncology volume growth accelerating to 32%. Tempus also raised its 2026 revenue forecast and reiterated the adjusted EBITDA outlook. SpaceX — SpaceX saw its shares rise more than 3% after The Washington Post reported the rocket and satellite company is in talks to buy Dish Network’s Boost Mobile subsidiary or use its network. A deal would give CEO Elon Musk a path into the $235 billion wireless market, the newspaper said. Rivian — The stock climbed 10% after the electric vehicle maker was upgraded to buy at UBS . Analyst Joseph Spak said Rivian’s recent sell-off presents a buying opportunity ahead of an inflection point in sales of the R2 midsize SUV. Micron , SanDisk , Western Digital — Memory stocks fell, continuing their Friday slump. Shares of Micron, Sandisk and Western Digital fell between 3% and 5%. Lumentum , Marvell Technology — Shares of Marvell slid 9% while Lumentum’s stock slumped 15% after Marvell agreed to buy the maker of high-performance lasers in an all-stock deal valued at $115 billion . The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2028. ExxonMobil , Chevron , Valero — Energy stocks took a dip as oil prices declined to start the week. Shares of ExxonMobil, Chevron and Valero all pulled back between 3% and 5%. Krystal Biotech — Shares plunged nearly 15% after the company said data for several treatments will be pushed back to 2027, including the readout for its KB801, a gene therapy for neurotrophic keratitis. News of the delay overshadowed a third-quarter beat on the top and bottom lines versus the FactSet consensus estimate. — CNBC’s Sarah Min, Deena Zaidi, Darla Mercado and Fred Imbert contributed reporting
