Check out the companies making the biggest moves in premarket trading: Generac — The generator maker soared 33% after striking a deal with Amazon to supply backup power generators for its data centers. Initial deliveries are expected to total $2.4 billion between 2027 and 2028. Generac also granted Amazon the right to buy up to $340 million worth of its stock. Amazon’s stock moved 1.3% higher4 Lennar — The homebuilder reported disappointing third-quarter results, sending shares 1.2% lower. Lennar’s earnings were $1.19 per share, short of the $1.28 a share expected from analysts polled by FactSet — and nearly half of what it saw this time last year. Revenue came in at $8.05 billion, versus the $8.23 billion consensus estimate. Fluence Energy — Shares tumbled 22% after the battery storage maker cut its full-year guidance. Fluence now expects $2.4 billion in revenue for 2026, versus its prior guidance of $2.9 billion to $3.1 billion. It also anticipates a loss of $200 million before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, more than its previous guidance range of $30 million loss to $10 million EBITDA. Nike — The beleaguered athletic shoe giant moved 1.5% higher after it announced the appointment of Alexandre Arnault, Deputy CEO of LVMH’s Moët Hennessy, to its board. “Alexandre has earned a reputation for helping iconic global brands evolve, innovate and grow in a changing, complex marketplace,” Nike said in a statement. Arm Holdings — CEO Rene Haas told CNBC’s Jim Cramer that he is increasingly confident that the company can meet demand for its new data center chip. Shares gained roughly 4%.
