Check out the companies making the biggest moves premarket: Bank of America — The stock tumbled 4% after the company reported a sharp decline in third-quarter profit due to a $1.2 billion penalty from the U.S. Treasury Department over money-laundering violations. Profit fell 17% to 91 cents per share, but that would have been $1.08 per share without the penalty. BlackRock — The asset manager rose 3% after it reported an earnings and revenue beat . Adjusted earnings came in at $15.93 per share, compared with the $14.13 per share expected by analysts polled by LSEG. Assets under management rose to $15.49 trillion, up from $13.46 trillion one year ago. ASML — U.S.-listed shares of the Dutch semiconductor company fell 1% after the company reported a slight miss on net sales in its third-quarter financial report. Those came in at 11.66 billion euros, compared to analysts polled by LSEG’s estimate of 11.72 billion euros. However, net profit came in above expectations. GameStop — Shares gained 2% after GameStop CEO and Chairman Ryan Cohen disclosed in a regulatory filing that he bought 844,000 shares. Albemarle — The chemical manufacturing company jumped 3% after Mizuho upgraded the stock to outperform from neutral. Mizuho analysts said that demand for lithium is exceeding expectations, which they said Albemarle with its improved balance sheet can capitalize on. Dell Technologies , Hewlett Packard Enterprise — Shares were down more than 2.5% and nearly 4%, respectively, after Barclays downgraded the stocks to equal weight from overweight. Both stocks have rallied in 2026, with Dell up more than 350% and HPE rising 185%, but analysts at the bank are doubtful these rallies can be sustained much longer. Morgan Stanley — Shares were slightly higher by 0.4% after the company reported an earnings and revenue beat in its third-quarter financial report. Equity revenues came in above expectations, while revenues from its investment banking arm missed estimates. — CNBC’s Sarah Min contributed reporting
