ROCKVILLE, Md., Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Turning Point Global Solutions (TurningPoint) today announced that it has been successfully appraised at Maturity Level 3 for Services of ISACA’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI®) for the fourth time. Conducted by Primvis Inc., this appraisal complements TurningPoint’s existing Maturity Level 5 rating for Development.

CMMI is a proven, outcome-based performance model and globally accepted standard for improving capability, optimizing business performance, and aligning operations to strategic mission goals.

An appraisal at Maturity Level 3 version 3.0 indicates a company is performing at a “defined” level. At this level, processes are well characterized and understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools and methods. The organization’s set of standard processes, which is the basis for Maturity Level 3, is established and improved over time.

An appraisal at Maturity Level 5 version 3.0 indicates that TurningPoint is performing at an “optimizing” level—the highest maturity level achievable. At this level, an organization continually improves its processes based on a quantitative understanding of its business objectives and performance needs, utilizing data-driven approaches to understand process variation and ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.

This achievement reflects TurningPoint’s commitment to process rigor, operational excellence, and predictable delivery across its core business segments: Professional Services, Telecom Management, and Healthcare Solutions.

“Achieving CMMI Level 5 reflects our foundational commitment to operational discipline and delivering reliable value for our government and enterprise clients,” said Bangalore Shivacharan, CEO and co-founder of TurningPoint. “Our clients rely on us for mission-critical IT and telecom solutions where precision and repeatability are paramount. This appraisal reinforces our core philosophy: Proven Process. Expected Results.”
