The companies will work together to accelerate implementation of UltraSense’s touch-on-metal and solid-state user-interface technologies across emerging wearable and mobile form factors. Partron will also support global customers with product design integration, manufacturing, and deployment as programs move from concept and development toward commercialization and high-volume production.

“The new Physical AI era will require better interfaces between people and intelligent devices,” said Mo Maghsoudnia, CEO of UltraSense Systems. “Our collaboration with Partron brings together advanced sensing and strong product execution to create more intuitive experiences for the devices that are yet to come.”

“We see significant opportunities for new interaction technologies across AI wearables and smartphones,” said Mr. Won-Kuen Kim, CEO of Partron. “Together, we aim to help customers implement differentiated interface technologies, accelerate product development, and bring innovative, scalable products to market faster.”

The MOU establishes a framework for joint development, customer implementation, and commercialization opportunities worldwide.
