VERO FIBER’S CLEARNETWORX SOLIDIFIES WESTERN SLOPE STRONGHOLD WITH KEY FIBER INFRASTRUCTURE ACQUISITION

MONTROSE, Colo., July 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Clearnetworx, a fast-growing fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) subsidiary of Vero Fiber, has officially acquired Ting’s fiber infrastructure across key portions of Montezuma and La Plata County, CO, and San Juan County, NM. The acquisition bolsters Clearnetworx’s footprint in the Four Corners region and reinforces the company’s position as a dominant fiber player across Western Colorado and the Southwest more broadly.

With this move, Clearnetworx assumes control of key strategic network assets. The acquired infrastructure enhances deployment efficiency, reduces build redundancy, and enables Clearnetworx to expand its market reach while maintaining a focus on delivering excellent service to underserved and rural communities across the state.

“This acquisition significantly decreases our deployment timeline in the region,” said Doug Seacat, President of Clearnetworx. “It allows us to streamline construction, minimize disruption for the community, and reach more customers faster. Our goal has always been to bring big-city fiber to small towns, with the resources of a well-funded company and the mindset of a local neighbor.”

Clearnetworx now serves more than 12,000 active fiber customers throughout Western Colorado and Northern New Mexico, with a growing presence in communities like Durango, Bayfield, and Cortez, CO, and Farmington, NM. The acquisition complements these efforts in addition to state and federally funded network expansions in Pagosa Lakes and along Highways 160 and 184 in Colorado.

“With this move, we’re the leading fiber internet company making substantial infrastructure investments in this region,” added Casey Irving, VP of Business Development. “We’re not just expanding – we’re investing long term. This is a key market for us, and we’re here to build, grow, and serve our community.”

About Clearnetworx:
Clearnetworx is a locally operated fiber internet provider based in Montrose, Colorado, and a subsidiary of Vero Fiber. With an expansive and growing footprint across the Western Slope and Four Corners region, Clearnetworx specializes in FTTH deployments in underserved and rural communities, combining scalable infrastructure with local expertise to deliver reliable, affordable gigabit-speed internet.
