Certification to CMMC advanced cybersecurity standard strengthens company’s position as a trusted partner to government, defense and national security partners
CHANDLER, Ariz., Sept. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — VIAVI Solutions LLC, the Aerospace and Defense division of VIAVI Solutions Inc. (VIAVI) (NASDAQ: VIAV) today announced the successful completion of its Level 2 CMMC certification for its radio test, avionics, synthetic and modular, and Position, Navigation and Timing (PNT) product lines.
The CMMC assessment process was conducted by leading C3PAO A-LIGN, an experienced federal assessor and compliance partner trusted by more than 6,400 global organizations to help mitigate cybersecurity risks.

CMMC was developed by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) to ensure that cybersecurity controls and processes adequately protect Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) that resides on DIB systems and networks to protect national security. This certification is mandatory for all entities doing business with the DoD.
