Agentforce and other investments by Salesforce into artificial intelligence and agentic AI means that solution providers who can push beyond the vendor’s classic customer relationship management business are the ones most likely to win in this new workforce technology era.
From some of the largest multinational global system integrators with tens of thousands of Salesforce certifications to smaller, more specialized boutique partners, some of the biggest standout solution providers partnered with San Francisco-based Salesforce were on display during the vendor’s Dreamforce 2026 conference.
With solutions spanning industry expertise, these solution providers were some of the most impressive to CRN based on their Dreamforce 2026 presence and the Salesforce solutions they are bringing to market.
Some of these partners have also landed admittance into new partner opportunities Salesforce has introduced, including the Forward Deployed Engineering Partner Network, and landed Partner of the Year Awards for Salesforce’s 2027 fiscal year.

Sean Catlin, executive vice president and global head of strategy at Québec-based Salesforce solution provider OSF Digital, one of the list makers, told CRN in an interview that the company has been seeing demand for its proof of value (POV) applied AI use case identification capabilities, which helps customers identify the areas of their business that are most likely to deliver returns on AI investments.
“You have to get the customer to be comfortable with being uncomfortable first,” Catlin said.

IBM Consulting
IBM’s close relationship with Salesforce extends beyond product integrations, with IBM Consulting distinguishing itself through Agentforce deployments, AI accelerators and deep Salesforce expertise.
IBM Consulting—No. 8 on CRN’s 2026 Solution Provider 500—is a Salesforce Partner of the Year for the 2027 fiscal year—for its work deploying Agentforce-powered autonomous agents that make decisions and execute actions across business workflows for Nestle.
The consulting division has accelerators for all 19 Salesforce Industry clouds and leverages the IBM Consulting Advantage AI services platform, library of assistants and IBM Garage collaborative delivery framework, according to IBM. IBM Consulting has helped Salesforce users unify data foundations, streamline agent architecture, orchestrate enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformations and more.
On the product side, IBM’s deep partnership with Salesforce extends to 22,700-plus Salesforce certifications held by IBM employees and more than 150 prebuilt assets, assessments, quick-starts and accelerators designed to enhance native Salesforce functionality and get products and services in-market faster.
Users of the Armonk, N.Y.-based mainframe giant’s Z products and Salesforce’s Data 360 can enable AI agents to access mainframe and enterprise data in real time, with a Zero Copy integration that accelerates insights, reduces data movement costs and enforces governance across hybrid environments, according to IBM.
IBM’s Watsonx Employee Support Agent can bring improved human resources automation into the interface of Salesforce’s Slack communications application. And the IBM Watsonx Sales Prospecting Agent can surface enriched company data, update CRM records and automate outreach and research for sellers, as another example, according to IBM.
The recently released IBM Bob multirole coding collaborator can create the framework for orchestrated enterprise AI, with Slack providing a collaboration layer integrated with Watsonx capabilities and Salesforce customer data in another example.
IBM’s Salesforce-related customers include MOL Group, the Recording Academy nonprofit organization that hosts the Grammys, Camping World, Evident and Ireland’s Health Service Executive (HSE) when the healthcare and social services provider needed a platform for COVID-19 vaccinations, according to IBM.

Accenture
Accenture, No. 1 on CRN’s 2026 Solution Provider 500, has more than 55,000 Salesforce-skilled employees, accounting for more than 78,000 Salesforce certifications and 577,000 badges in the Salesforce Trailhead online learning platform.
The Dublin-based company ranked as one of Salesforce’s 2027 Partner of the Year Award Winners as a global consulting partner. Last year, it closed on its acquisition of another leading Salesforce partner, NeuraFlash, to further bolster its skills with the vendor.
Accenture leverages a Personalized Experiences on Salesforce offer unifying AI, data integration and human expertise with Agentforce, Data Cloud and Einstein. It has helped wealth management firms accelerate onboarding and automate complex processes and others connect Microsoft Teams and Salesforce to keep the CRM updated based on data in Teams, according to Accenture.
The solution provider’s Cyber.AI platform for agentic enterprises works with Salesforce Shield to surface and prioritize major risks while its agentic software development life cycle (SDLC) framework helps scattered Salesforce knowledge get turned into agent-powered intelligence also usable in third-party products like Anthropic’s Claude and SpaceX’s Cursor.
Accenture is among the Salesforce solution providers to get called out for deeper investments in Life Sciences Cloud in April, leading the first client migration in the industry and bringing Agentforce Voice capabilities to clients in pharmaceuticals, medical technology and other sectors, according to Salesforce.
Accenture and NeuraFlash’s Salesforce customers include Workday, FedEx Freight, Novartis, Zayo, Adecco, Synopsys, Taco Bell, Canon and Queensland University of Technology (QUT), according to Accenture.

Slalom
Slalom, No. 33 on CRN’s 2026 Solution Provider 500, received a 2027 Salesforce Partner of the Year for its work as a consulting partner on the Agentforce system of agency.
The Seattle-based solution provider took home the award for its work leveraging Agentforce to help U.K. pet care business Pets at Home reduce inbound case volume by about 30 percent, a decrease from around 1,300 typical daily cases down to 900. Customer satisfaction remained above target, according to Slalom.
Slalom is a founding member of the Agentforce Partner Network and touts its ability to build agentic complaints detection on Agentforce for Financial Services and create patient services platforms on Agentforce for Life Sciences, among other capabilities, according to Slalom.
Slalom has more than 14,000 Salesforce certifications and 1,000-plus customers on the platform, according to the solution provider.
The solution provider offers clients an Agentforce Foundations Accelerator for unlocking insights from data, an AI Value Platform for evaluating AI initiatives and a Salesforce Data Cloud Readiness workshop for optimizing data usage. It is also helping customers unlock new digital experiences enabled by Salesforce’s recent Contentful acquisition.
Slalom was among the solution providers to go all in on Salesforce’s Life Sciences Cloud earlier this year, bringing fixed-fee implementations for commercial, medical and patient services and accelerators for deploying agentic capabilities in field effectiveness, patient access and adherence, and operations, according to Salesforce.
Slalom’s Salesforce customers include Hanna Andersson, Mirum Pharmaceuticals, Avetta and Penn Medicine, according to the solution provider.

Tata Consultancy Services
Tata Consultancy Services and the Coastal and ListEngage businesses it purchased in October and January, respectively, all took home a 2027 Salesforce Partner of the Year award for their work on the Data 360 system of context.
TCS—No. 2 on CRN’s 2026 Solution Provider 500—is a partner in Salesforce’s Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) program, co-creating AI‑led, agentic offerings with the vendor, according to the Mumbai, India-based solution provider.
The solution provider’s Crystallus on Salesforce offer promises clients the ability to accelerate digital transformations with pre-configured industry offerings for customer journeys, operations and more. TCS can help clients with change management, content strategy, managed services, Salesforce Lightning migration, application optimization and other activities.
TCS has more than 10,000 certified professionals with more than 32,000 Salesforce certifications and more than 330 Salesforce customers, according to the solution provider.
Its Salesforce customers include Linde, Vantage Towers, Croma, DuPont, Alcatel-Lucent, Stellantis and Tottenham Hotspur, according to TCS.

Cognizant
Cognizant—No. 7 on CRN’s 2026 Solution Provider 500—added a 2027 Salesforce Partner of the Year Award to its trophy case for its work as a consulting partner in transforming and scaling.
The Teaneck, N.J.-based solution provider brings together customer experience (CX) expertise, its Neuro AI platform and orchestration framework and Salesforce Agentforce platform prowess to improve client sales, service and engagement divisions, according to Cognizant.
Cognizant’s Salesforce-related offers include Managed Marketing Campaigns for automating manual marketing processes, the Atlas delivery framework for end-to-end transformations, the Revenue Management Framework for Technology for better outcomes from Salesforce Revenue Cloud and the Mortgage 360 digital hub built on Salesforce for mortgage intermediaries, solicitors and introducers, according to the solution provider.
In April, Salesforce named Cognizant as one of the system integrators the vendor was expanding a partnership with around Life Sciences Cloud, with Cognizant leveraging an AI builder approach to modernize clients from legacy platforms and apply agentic AI across commercial and clinical operations, according to Salesforce.
Cognizant was also among the solution providers named to Salesforce’s Forward Deployed Engineering Partner Network that month as well.
The solution provider’s Salesforce customers include Saint-Gobain Abrasives and Volkswagen Group Ireland, according to Cognizant.

OSF Digital
OSF Digital representatives at Dreamforce 2026 showcased agents in production drawn from real deployments across industries.
During Dreamforce, representatives with Quebec-based OSF showcased the solution provider’s capabilities around Agentforce Operations, with OSF among the earliest partners to deploy the internal business operations platform, according to the solution provider.
OSF’s Agentforce Operations offer aims to bring together unstructured input transformation, industry process libraries, implementation playbooks, governance frameworks, training and enablement, intellectual property framework and forward-deployed engineering (FDE) pods.
It was one of 10 global Salesforce partners chosen in the early Salesforce FDE Partner Network cohort, according to OSF.
The solution provider also positions itself as a Headless 360 expert to give humans and agents the same governed foundation for operations, with shared rules and permissions plus an audit trail following work wherever it happens.
In 2025, OSF signed 80-plus new logos and closed more than 40 seven-figure range deals, according to the solution provider. It expanded its business in technology, media and telecommunications (TMT), financial services (FINS), manufacturing and other sectors.
In the first half of 2026, OSF onboarded more than 30 new customers with AI and data bookings more than tripling year on year and multi-cloud, multi-million-dollar agentic enterprise deals represented 25 percent of new engagements.

Infosys
Infosys brings its clients Salesforce capabilities not only under its main brand but also the Simplus business in North America and Australia and Fluido business in Europe.
The Bengaluru, India-based company—No. 9 on CRN’s 2026 Solution Provider 500—has more than 5,000 consultants available to support Salesforce-related digital transformation projects, including architecture upgrades, platform implementation, future-proof change management and managed services, according to Infosys.
Infosys leverages its SAFe Agile framework based on a trigger-to-synthesize process and Cobalt suite of services and platforms to stand out from the Salesforce ecosystem. Infosys offers Salesforce-related products such as its Digital Channel Partner Management pre-configured, multi-cloud, centralized tool for onboarding, screening, managing and retaining partners.
The company also has an Infosys Vaccination Management (IVM) Salesforce Solution for automating tasks, integrating data sources and delivering seamless vaccination programs.
Its Infosys Retail 360 is aimed at digitizing sales activities and increasing productivity, and Simplus CPQ for High-Tech Bolt Solution is meant to help channel partners get greater visibility and control of quoting and subscription management, as other examples of the company’s Salesforce-related portfolio.
The Base Life Science business within Infosys was part of Salesforce’s announced system integrators investing in its Life Sciences Cloud, with Base promising to combine Salesforce delivery expertise with domain knowledge across commercial, medical, clinical, regulatory, quality, data and analytics, according to Salesforce.
Infosys’ Salesforce customers include DuPont, The Financial Times (FT), Palo Alto Networks and CBHS Health Fund, according to the solution provider.

Rosetree Solutions
Rosetree Solutions, Salesforce’s 2027 fiscal year FDE Practice Partner of the Year, separates itself from the rest of the ecosystem in part through its AI Momentum structured Agentforce program.
The program includes the rapid deployment of a first agent, then a continuous optimization track that improves performance, expands capability and manages cost as the platform evolves, according to Rosetree.
The Dallas-based solution provider—which also partners with Anthropic and OpenAI—built its FDE practice to align an engineer with a customer in week one, letting them iterate on working software instead of handing off specifications, according to Rosetree.
As a smaller Salesforce partner compared to the multinational GSIs, Rosetree prides itself on giving clients the same team from discovery through delivery and faster teams that stay close to business problems, according to the company.
Rosetree’s Salesforce customers include OpenTable, Dave & Busters, Crocs and Batteries Plus, according to Salesforce.

EPAM Systems
A Salesforce Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) AI Assistant, the Heroes Salesforce gamification platform and Global Tour Manager Powered by Salesforce for concerts and events are some of the solutions EPAM Systems brings to market to separate itself from the rest of the Salesforce ecosystem.
Salesforce named the Newtown, Pa.-based company—a CRN 2026 MSP 500 honoree—among its partners growing their Life Sciences Cloud practices back in April. EPAM positions its Life Sciences Cloud capabilities as accelerating deployment, reducing operational risk and achieving measurable business outcomes, according to Salesforce.
The solution provider has more than 3,200 Salesforce-certified professionals with 8,400 Salesforce certifications, more than 1,000 Agentforce and Data 360 certs and more than 500 global brands among its Salesforce client base, according to EPAM.
EPAM’s Salesforce customers include The Very Group and Amerilife, according to EPAM.

Sikich
System optimization and virtual Salesforce administration are some of the capabilities Sikich brings to the vendor’s ecosystem.
The Naperville, Ill.-based company—a CRN 2026 MSP 500 honoree—offers its clients strategic planning, road-mapping and other services around some of Salesforce’s most popular products, from Sales Cloud to Agentforce.
Salesforce digital front door offers, a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud accelerator, HeadStart programs for insurance and private equity clients and a Salesforce security & compliance rapid assessment help round out the solution provider’s portfolio of solutions for the vendor, according to Sikich.
