Glance launches Moments that Matter Contest: Celebrating 25 years of human connection

Contest spotlights CX professionals whose empathy and extra effort create unforgettable customer experiences

WAKEFIELD, Mass., Sept. 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Glance, a leader in guided customer experience solutions, today announced the launch of its Moments that Matter Contest, inviting customer-facing professionals to share stories about times when genuine human connection transformed a customer interaction. The contest runs from September 16 through October 17, 2025, in celebration of Glance’s 25th anniversary.




The contest invites CX professionals to share short stories about those unforgettable times when a simple, human-to-human act of empathy, kindness, or going the extra mile made all the difference for a customer.

The new Moments that Matter Contest invites CX professionals to share short stories about those unforgettable times when a simple, human-to-human act of empathy, kindness, or going the extra mile made all the difference for a customer.

“For 25 years, Glance has been empowering organizations to show up for customers when it matters most. That’s a quarter-century of helping people connect,” said Tom Martin, CEO of Glance. “When Glance was founded, most customer support still happened over landline phones. Fast forward to today in the age of AI, and the human side of CX has never been more important. The Moments that Matter Contest celebrates the professionals whose empathy, listening, and extra effort create experiences technology alone can’t deliver.”

CX professionals who enter the contest are encouraged to submit a written story (under 250 words) about a time when they made a meaningful difference in someone’s experience. Up to 25 winners will be selected, each receiving a $50 Visa gift card.

Key Contest Details:

  • Submission period: September 16 – October 17, 2025
  • Eligibility: Open to CX professionals, age 18+ in the United States
  • How to enter: Submit your story at glance.cx/25-years-contest
  • Prizes: Up to 25 winners will each receive a $50 Visa gift card

Submissions will be evaluated by a panel of Glance leaders, including Tom Martin, CEO, Jacqueline Russ, CFO/COO, and Jeremy Majchrzak, VP of Customer Success, for employee impact, authenticity, connection, and clarity. Winners will be notified on October 30, 2025, and prizes will be distributed by November 15, 2025.
