Strategic partnership strengthens IT services for the legal industry and beyond.

DENVER, March 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — New Charter Technologies, a portfolio company of Palo Alto-based private equity firm Oval Partners, is excited to announce the addition of Element Technologies to its growing platform of elite managed service providers (MSPs).
