10 Salesforce Ecosystem ISVs Solution Providers Should Watch In The Agentforce Era

Anthropic, OpenAI, Typeface, Google and Amazon Web Services are among the standout Salesforce ISVs.

With Salesforce decoupling the user interface from its platform, solution providers might look to additional ISVs in the Salesforce ecosystem that can provide a multiplier to their business and increase opportunities for working with clients.

Some of the most promising ISVs in the San Francisco-based customer relationship management (CRM) company’s ecosystem—based on what CRN saw in the exhibit hall at Salesforce’s Dreamforce 2026 event—range from artificial intelligence frontier firms to cloud hyperscalers and communications platform providers.

CRN chose some of the most impressive Salesforce ISVs for solution providers to check out based on how they work with Salesforce and the joint products and services showcased at Dreamforce 2026. Some of these ISVs also received Partner of the Year Awards for Salesforce’s 2027 fiscal year.

Sean Catlin, executive vice president and global head of strategy at Québec-based Salesforce solution provider OSF Digital, told CRN in an interview that an effective Salesforce solution provider in the agentic age requires a different business model, which includes the smaller, forward-deployed customer teams OSF employs.

OSF, he believes, has shifted its model faster than some of the larger global system integrators OSF competes with.

“If you look at the speed and the velocity of how you can build and deploy new solutions on Salesforce in AI spaces with a whole hybrid of the cloud, the acquisitions and Agentforce, it’s a different motion,” Catlin said. “Implementing while you’re selling, that’s the internal [Salesforce] motto. The partner that you lean on has to be able to run a POV [proof of value] motion that isn’t building an amazing PowerPoint deck and loads of slides and stuff like that … in three to six months.”

He continued: “In an accelerated two-stage workshop, you’re actually building the real thing. And there’s a real difference between having architects and this big team and developers and curators in a much smaller, flatter and forward-deployed customer team. And so we’ve really shifted our model.”

ISVs that made this list include:

  • Anthropic
  • OpenAI
  • Typeface
  • Google
  • Amazon Web Services

See why these ISVs made this list of 10 Salesforce ecosystem partners that solution providers should watch in the era of Agentforce and agentic AI.

Anthropic

Salesforce’s annual Dreamforce event also served as a showcase for the capabilities of Claude maker Anthropic.

The two vendors are collaborating on Claudeforce, which unites Claude reasoning and Salesforce’s enterprise harness. Claudeforce already has 40 customers in private pilot, with up to 1,000 in open beta now, according to a TD Cowen report. The product saves administrators time from needing to hand wire MCP servers for each user.

Anthropic CEO and co-founder Dario Amodei shared the stage with Salesforce CEO and co-founder Marc Benioff during Dreamforce 2026. Amodei said one of his executives “talks to Claude using Salesforce’s data about ‘what are the 10 biggest deals we’re doing this week? What are the 10 deals we’re most likely to lose? What are the themes in those deals? How do we win those deals?’ Just making use of all the information fluently with Claude. And it’s really incredible.”

In a brief interview with CRN during Dreamforce 2026, Benioff said that the vendor’s investments in AI innovation and deepening partnership with Claude maker Anthropic should translate into wins for its services partners.

“It’s going to be an incredible opportunity for them,” Benioff said. “Wait until you get your hands on Claudeforce. It’s going to be awesome.”

Debate continues on whether headless architecture is the right choice by Salesforce, according to a KeyBanc report released during Dreamforce 2026. While Salesforce’s decision to follow customer preferences may be beneficial, the investment firm questioned who ultimately makes more money in the Claudeforce deal, Salesforce or Anthropic.

Salesforce’s AIforce, meanwhile, allows users to stay in Anthropic Claude, Salesforce-owned Slack and other productivity applications without opening a dashboard and while grounding questions in Salesforce data and business logic. Users can also update records and trigger workflows, according to the vendor. Agents can read across hundreds of records at once and pull in connected systems, reason and take action.

In August, Salesforce named Anthropic its strategic technology partner of the year for the Headless 360 platform architecture that exposes every Salesforce tool, data point and workflow as an application programming interface (API), command line command, or AI tool so humans and AI agents can run operations without using a web browser.

OpenAI

Although Salesforce’s Anthropic “Claudeforce” collaboration received a lot of attention at Dreamforce 2026, the door was kept open to the possibility of a similar collaboration with Anthropic rival and ChatGPT maker OpenAI.

During shared stage time with Salesforce CEO and co-founder Marc Benioff, OpenAI CEO and co-founder Sam Altman said it “would be great” to eventually render interfaces between Salesforce and OpenAI’s ChatGPT.

In the meantime, Salesforce and OpenAI used Dreamforce to reveal a new partnership around Salesforce’s Missionforce product. The partnership allows Missionforce users to leverage OpenAI models to secure government environments.

Through Salesforce Government Cloud, OpenAI’s frontier models will integrate with Public Sector Solutions through Amazon Bedrock, according to Salesforce.

Missionforce applications and workflows will also become available through ChatGPT, allowing government and national security personnel to access secure, authorized data and trigger Missionforce actions from the chatbot interface.

The new Missionforce Policy Engine uses OpenAI’s generative AI capabilities to transform approved policy documents into structured, deterministic rules. Missionforce Policy Engine will also integrate with ChatGPT to give citizen users ways to find answers to policy questions and to allow government employees to quickly retrieve accurate, up-to-date guidance when researching questions.

Amazon Web Services

During Dreamforce 2026, Amazon Web Services and Salesforce revealed a deeper collaboration with plans to add more of the hyperscaler’s frontier agents in its Slack communications app in the fall, with a developer operations (DevOps) agent now available.

AWS security, financial operations (FinOps) and Partner Central agents are among the upcoming frontier agents coming to Slack so that users don’t need to switch to a separate console. Multi-agent orchestration with Agent2Agent (A2A) support for Agentforce Voice with Amazon Connect Customer is slated for the fall.

And the companies are working on more Agentforce model choice through Amazon Bedrock. Anthropic and Nvidia models are already available, with OpenAI models coming soon.

In August, Salesforce named AWS its “Go-to-Market/Marketplace” partner of the year.

AWS has more than 140,000 partners worldwide, according to CRN’s 2026 Channel Chiefs.

Google

Google and Salesforce revealed a deeper partnership around Hyperforce on Google Cloud, which will become generally available in North America in November, with a phased feature and regional expansion in 2027.

Salesforce plans to start migrating select users in the U.S. to the product in the fourth quarter of 2026, giving users Salesforce security, compliance, business context and resilience standards with Google Cloud’s flexibility, infrastructure, data services and Gemini Enterprise AI suite.

Other updates in the Salesforce and Google Cloud partnership include Salesforce Federated Connector for Gemini with general availability planned for late October.

The Agentforce Sales Agent for Gemini Enterprise is in beta on Google Cloud Marketplace. Agentforce Reasoning Engine with Gemini is now generally available.

A zero-copy expansion for Google Cloud and Salesforce Data 360 is set to be generally available in fall. Users will have data sharing abilities in additional regions with Iceberg Rest Catalog open standards and Private Connect availability. The companies are also working on bidirectional semantic information sharing for improved data and AI experiences, according to Salesforce. Salesforce Data 360 and Google BigQuery already support zero copy data sharing.

A catalog feed integration with Google is now available, giving users the ability to send product catalog data to Google Merchant Center and a field-mapping interface in Business Manager, according to Salesforce.

And an integration with Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP) is set to go GA in October. With that integration, users can purchase within Google surfaces like the Gemini application, Google Search and Search’s AI Mode while keeping payments, compliance and order management in their existing commerce infrastructure.

Google received Salesforce’s 2027 Partner of the Year award as a strategic technology partner on agentic enterprise innovation, according to Salesforce.

Google has about 100,000 partners worldwide, according to CRN’s 2026 Channel Chiefs.

Genesys

In the lead up to Salesforce’s Dreamforce 2026, Genesys revealed new Agent2Agent interoperability with Salesforce Agentforce.

A2A interoperability—which the customer experience (CX) vendor has also achieved with Salesforce rival ServiceNow—should allow AI agents to securely communicate, coordinate and automate work across enterprise platforms.

Organizations can connect customer engagement with Salesforce’s customer relationship management software, service operations, and business workflows while maintaining shared context across every interaction, according to Genesys.

Genesys has about 200 partners in North America, according to CRN’s 2026 Partner Program Guide.

Vonage

This year, Ericsson’s Vonage division deepened its Salesforce partnership, in part through Vonage Conversations for Agentforce Marketing.

This offer from the Holmdel, N.J.-based communications technology vendor supports the embedding of Short Message Service (SMS), WhatsApp, Rich Communication Services (RCS) and other commonly used messaging channels directly into the Salesforce platform for simpler ways to connect with customers, according to Vonage.

Agentforce Marketing users can manage two-way customer conversations from a single interface with personalized communications that leverage customer data already within Salesforce, according to Vonage. The vendor’s AI-powered communications APIs also automate routine tasks, analyze customer data in real-time, deliver actionable insights, and ensure consistent messaging across channels.

Vonage has about 5,000 partners worldwide, according to CRN’s 2026 Channel Chiefs.

Typeface

One of the standout startups from Dreamforce 2026 was Typeface, which bills its products as agentic AI for enterprise marketing teams.

Typeface users can orchestrate people, agents and systems to run context-rich and on-brand campaigns at scale, according to the startup, founded in 2022 by CEO Abhay Parasnis, a former executive vice president, chief technology officer and chief product officer at Adobe.

Salesforce users can pair Typeface’s Brand Graph with Agentforce and Marketing Cloud to generate, deploy and refine creative endeavors directly within those ecosystems. Users can also pull campaign or lead context from Salesforce, generate on-brand assets and then automate campaigns across Agentforce, Slack and Data 360 through Typeface, for example.

Typeface has a budding partner ecosystem that counts among its members Cognizant, No. 7 on CRN’s 2026 Solution Provider 500.

Thales

Thales and Salesforce have a number of unique integrations that might attract solution providers in each ecosystem.

For one, Thales CipherTrust Cloud Key Management (CCKM) users can implement cache-only keys, bring-your-own-key (BYOK), and hold-your-own-key (HYOK) capabilities in Salesforce. The goal is for users of both vendors to retain more control of their encryption keys and their encrypted data, meeting compliance and best practice requirements for encryption key management, data security and digital sovereignty.

Salesforce also uses Thales’ SafeNet Trusted Access to add strong authentication and access management, according to Thales.

Thales has about 7,400 partners worldwide, according to CRN’s 2026 Channel Chiefs.

Five9

Five9 and Salesforce support more than 1,000 shared customers and 160,000 service agents globally, according to the contact center application vendor.

The Five9 Fusion for Salesforce product adds Five9’s real-time system of action to the Salesforce CRM for a unified customer experience (CX) foundation, according to Five9. Users can leverage Five9’s AI Agent Assist to surface real-time guidance cards and checklists, automatically generate post-call summaries, improve first contact resolution and other activities.

Or Salesforce Einstein for Service users can leverage Five9 TranscriptStream to capture live voice call data, stream it into Salesforce’s AI and receive next best action suggestions, reply recommendations and more, in another example of the two vendors’ collaboration.

Five9’s Voice AI Agents allow for multi-agent orchestration, multi-language support, regulated environment guardrails and other benefits in Fusion for Salesforce as well.

Five9 has about 1,400 partners worldwide, according to CRN’s 2026 Channel Chiefs.

Avalara

Avalara connects to Salesforce to allow users to centralize tax, returns, exemptions, e-invoicing and cross-border compliance across revenue operations.

Users can embed Avalara’s enterprise-grade compliance directly into Salesforce workflows to run tax-related work where employees sell, bill and support, according to Avalara. Avalara offers regularly updated global tax content with built-in validation and transaction tracking, supporting audit-ready compliance across 190-plus countries.

Avalara users can manage global tax, value-added tax (VAT) and more in Agentforce Revenue Management billing and subscription workflows, Agentforce Commerce order management, and Agentforce Sales leads and quotes-to-orders, among other examples.

Avalara has more than 3,500 partners worldwide, according to CRN’s 2026 Channel Chiefs.
