Under agreements announced this week Carahsoft will make CKEditor’s text editor application and Row64’s operational intelligence platform available to public sector customers through government contracts and Carasoft’s resellers.

Government IT solutions provider giant Carahsoft has struck deals to distribute software products from CKEditor and Row64 to the public sector through government contract vehicles and its own reseller partner network.

Row64, based in Cheyenne, Wyo., develops operational intelligence and business intelligence software for real-time decisions. The platform processes and visualizes massive streaming data sets from systems such as Kafka and Snowflake and converts data into GPU-rendered visual displays.

CKEditor, headquartered in Boston, markets a customizable rich-text editor application that integrates with web applications, allowing users to create and format content directly within their browsers.

Carahsoft, headquartered in Reston, Va., and No. 6 on the 2026 CRN Solutions Provider 500, is a leading IT solutions provider and government contractor, serving as a master aggregator and distributor of IT hardware and software products to federal, state and local governments and educational institutions.

Row64’s software helps organizations detect and respond to events before delays become financial or mission-critical problems, according to the company. Grid operators, field coordinators, emergency managers and logistics supervisors use the technology to turn data into timely, actionable insights. The GPU-accelerated platform combines event data with location and operational context in real-time to deliver a unified picture to any operator, in any browser.

Under the partnership with Row64, Carahsoft will serve as the software company’s public sector distributor, making the company’s product available through Carahsoft’s reseller partners and through several contract vehicles including the NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) V, Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – Software 2 (ITES-SW2), and OMNIA Partners contracts.

“When a crisis unfolds, operators can’t wait for a dashboard to refresh – they need to see what is happening and act on it now,” said Row64 CEO Marc Stevens in a statement. “We provide a real-time operational layer that closes the detection gap between event and action, giving operators a live picture of events as they unfold so they can detect, understand and act with zero decision latency. Through Carahsoft’s reseller network, agencies can deploy these capabilities without procurement friction.”

“Row64’s real-time operational intelligence capabilities empower government operators with actionable insights,” said Lacey Wean, program executive for smart cities technology solutions at Carahsoft, in a statement. “By delivering critical data visualization and eliminating decision latency, Row64 enables operators to detect, understand and respond to events as they happen. Together with our reseller partners, Carahsoft and Row64 are bringing a modern operational intelligence platform to the public sector, helping agencies make faster, more informed decisions.”

CKEditor’s software provides a comprehensive suite of capabilities including core text formatting, media embedding and advanced HTML editing, along with more premium features such as AI-assisted writing, real-time collaboration, commenting, track changes and revision history. The company said its recently released CKEditor AI suite addresses the challenges of connecting AI models and agentic workflows to the content layer within applications.

Through the CKEditor partnership, Carahsoft will serve as CKEditor’s Master Government Aggregator, making the company’s software available to the public sector through Carahsoft’s reseller partners and through the NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) V, Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – Software 2 (ITES-SW2), National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) ValuePoint, and OMNIA Partners contracts.

“We are pleased to partner with Carahsoft, whose expertise and reach within the public sector make them an ideal collaborator with CKEditor,” said Matt Quarles, chief revenue officer at Tiugo Technologies, CKEditor’s parent company. “This partnership aligns strongly with our mission to expand access to CKEditor and provide Government agencies with modern, secure and accessible content creation tools,” Quarles said in a statement.

“Carahsoft and our reseller partners look forward to helping deliver CKEditor to the public sector. This powerful and flexible content editing solution replaces antiquated, fragmented document processes with modern, centralized workflows,” said Natalie Gregory, Carahsoft vice president for open-source solutions, in a statement. “Through this partnership, we are helping to enhance collaboration, streamline document workflows and maintain compliance with critical standards, ultimately supporting the public sector to better serve constituents and achieve mission success.”
