Jim Sullivan is the Global Channel Leader at Mitiga, the AI-native Cloud Detection and Response leader. Jim runs Mitiga’s 100% channel go-to-market motion across North America, EMEA, and APAC, and built the function from the ground up after joining the company in early 2025. Under his leadership, Mitiga closed FY2025 with 234% year-over-year new sales growth, with every new transaction running through a partner. Jim oversaw the signing of Mitiga’s anchor solution provider relationships, including GuidePoint Security, and stood up the technology alliance program behind Mitiga’s integrations with Torq, Orca Security, Cyera, and CrowdStrike. He led the build-out of partner enablement, deal registration, MDF, and the incentive framework that the partner ecosystem now runs on.

Meryl Mary Thomas is the Global Alliance Leader at Quantiphi, an award-winning AI-native digital engineering company. Bringing over seven years of experience building and scaling high-performing alliance teams, she spearheaded the internal frameworks, processes, and AI-led workflow automations that transformed the firm’s channel strategy and operations. This strategic execution helped secure fifteen Partner of the Year Awards over the last seven years. Having joined the firm as a fresh graduate, Meryl successfully expanded Quantiphi’s alliance footprint beyond North-Am to countries across EMEA and APAC.
